Cortical Thickness in Pre Central and Post Central Human Brain Cortex of Patient with Headache: MRI finding

It is new clear that the brain of headache sufferers are different from those people without headache, theimaging study showed thickening in specific area related to communication sensory processingcalled somatosensory cortex (post central region) this we examine 36 patient, 28 them haveheadache variable duration, 8 healthy patient used as control (i.e. has no headache). The result foundthat thicker pre and post cortex, especially predominant postcentral isincreasing with duration not age patient,the explanation these structural changes will be discussed
